  Troy and his team were very professional, efficient and personable. They kept us informed at all times with what they were doing, what the problem was and gave us options to remedy the issue. We really appreciated how they were always punctual, polite, tidy and cleaned up after themselves too. We would recommend Troy and his team to anyone who needs a good, honest and trustworthy plumber.

  Our thanks to the team from Bondi Plumbing Services and Get Plumbing, who helped us with a sewer back-up/overflow over the past week. Joe came on the weekend to deal with immediate issues. Troy followed early Monday to get the system fully unplugged - and Conor and Jason came during the week to dig up and replace the sewerage line. I couldn’t speak more highly of the team. An excellent coordinated effort - handled in an expeditious and professional manner. Many thanks indeed to everyone involved. We are exceedingly grateful.

  I have been involved in the building industry for decades and consider Matt from Bondi Plumbing to be the most professional operator that I have dealt with. His knowledge, customer focus, quality of work and can do attitude is next to none. As opposed to many companies that charge $90.00 plus just to provide an exorbitant quote, Matt attended the site at no cost and provided a clear indication of the cost and the details of the job creating a sense of certainty and peace of mind.   I just wanted to share that we have used Bondi Plumbing several times and their plumbers are extremely professional in their work ethic and customer service. Much better than any of the other tradies we have engaged. Their slogan "save yourself the hassle and call us first:” sums them up well because we can always book in a time that suit us. They are punctual and polite and we have never had any problems with their workmanship. Thoroughly recommend!

  Had one tap serviced and the cost was $268. The invoice didn't have these details; call out fee, time taken on job, hourly rate, spare parts cost. When I checked with the company the response was they don't provide these details just invoice a fee.
  
  There were no spare parts, the job took less than 1 hour and therefore even if I allow an $85 call out fee (and none of that is absorbed into the labour costs) it works out at approximately $180/hr for the labour. OUCH - you're now warned.
