One morning we saw dolphins playing among the surfers - honestly, it made our whole morning.

People are simply rude to customers in this place. It’s a shame because I used to come here very often in the past, but ever since the new staff took over this place nosedived. Some examples:
low quality food and limited choices, dirty cups, took us over 15 min to get our coffee on several occasions, staff rude to customers, customers being approached and asked “have you ordered” without even saying “hi” or “how are you”, sometimes the place closes at 2 pm out of nowhere when they are supposed to be open until 3 pm, I even saw them being rude to a girl who was celebrating her birthday and brought a cake to share with a few friends after a swim. The point is that it doesn’t matter whether you are right or wrong when it comes to communicating something to your paying customers if you are consistently rude and completely lack any understanding of how to convey a message in a polite and customer-friendly manner.
